Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

to join our team and help us continue to make a positive difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is a mix of

helping our clients at the front desk

and

supporting our veterinary team in the clinic

. Every day will be different, but you'll be an important part of making sure our clinic runs smoothly and our patients (and their humans) feel comfortable.

Your responsibilities may include:

Greeting pets and their families with a warm smile Answering phones, booking appointments, and helping clients with questions Checking patients in and out, handling payments, and updating records Assisting vets and techs with exams, treatments, or patient handling Keeping exam rooms and the clinic clean and ready Helping keep supplies organized and stocked Being a friendly, calming presence for nervous pets and owners
What We're Looking For

Someone who loves animals and enjoys working with people too Great communication and multitasking skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable handling cats, dogs, and other small pets Experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service is a plus --

but not required, we're happy to train the right person!

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
