Our team at Benson View Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, outgoing Part-time Veterinary assistant/ Receptionist to work alongside our existing collaborative, friendly, outgoing & approachable team members. Potential to increase to full time hours in the near future

The successful candidate must have a set of skills that include

Strong multi-tasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion & empathy Proven customer service
Responsibilities in this role include but not limited to:

Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments Processing payments Ensuring prescription instructions are explained & understood fully Flexibility to work between the front desk and the treatment room Maintaining accurate medical records Ability to lift 15 KG Maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital
Our Ideal candidate would have previous experience in customer service and an added plus, but not necessary, would be experience within a veterinary or medical field. Must be an animal lover.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
