Veterinary Assistant/receptionist
Job Description
Are you as passionate about animals as we are? Tenth Line Animal Hospital has a full time position available for motivated, upbeat individual with previous experience in customer service and/or reception. Be part of a great team that treat our clients as friends and our staff as family!
Daily duties would include:
providing excellent client communications face-to-face, by phone, and by email
scheduling appointments to provide excellent patient care
physically able to unpack inventory, including large bags of food and cases of food
maintaining a clean and sterile clinic environment
We are looking for someone who:
Can ensure attention to detail
Can multitask and prioritize day to day work flow
Can work individually and as a part of a team
Has flexible availability
Is mature, reliable and is able to anticipate the needs of the client and the clinic
Is knowledgeable in client service and is eager to learn
We are open 6 days a week, so evening and Saturday shifts will be involved throughout the year. Interested parties should email resumes to our clinic's email that can be found on our website.
