Veterinary Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarian with examinations and treatments.
- Prepare and restrain animals for procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by veterinarian.
- Clean and sanitize exam rooms, surgical areas, and equipment after each use.
- Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners.
Qualifications:
- Veterinary Assistant Certificate is a requirement.
- Previous experience working with animals a requirement.
- Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to lift and restrain large animals when necessary.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
