We are independently owned. We are seeking a passionate, skilled, motivated and experienced Animal Care Attendant (ACA) to join our dynamic clinic.

As a Animal Care Attendant (ACA) at our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our animal patients. You will work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to assist with medical procedures, diagnostics, patient care, and client education.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties and responsibilities for this Position will include, without limitation:

Feeding and cleaning animals Preparing and stocking exam rooms Animal restraint Clean, maintain and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials Taking vital signs, prepare patients, instruments and equipment for surgery Educate clients on pet care, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records Work well with all team members and ensure that your actions support the practice philosophy.

Qualifications:

Formal training in animal care as a Veterinary assistant, or relevant work experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality and excellent time management
