We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Services team. In this role, you'll help shape how we build customer?driven solutions that extend and enhance our product in meaningful ways.
You'll fit right in if you're collaborative, creative, and energized by solving complex technical challenges alongside customers and internal teams. You thrive in environments where each project is different and where your work directly impacts the client experience.
What You'll DoDesign and build custom, high?impact solutions that address unique customer needs. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to turn ideas and requirements into practical, scalable features. Contribute across the full development lifecycle -- from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and deployment. Deliver clear, customer?friendly explanations of technical concepts and decisions. Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

What You'll BringBachelor's degree or College Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in software development. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills with a creative, solution?oriented mindset. Ability to design and develop software using object?oriented programming languages. Excellent communicator who works well in collaborative, fast?moving environments.

Nice to HaveExperience working with relational databases and data?driven systems. Exposure to automated testing tools and practices. Familiarity with financial technology or regulated industries.
