Vous serez charge de repondre aux demandes de renseignements, de fournir des informations et de faire des recommandations concernant les produits distribues par AD Waters.

Taches et responsabilites



S'assurer que les clients recoivent un service optimal avant et pendant le processus d'achat d'un produit via plusieurs moyens (telephone, courriel...) S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients en offrant un service rapide, fiable et precis pour toute demande effectuee par courriel, telephone ou a la reception - pour toute question concernant une commande, des informations, la disponibilite d'un produit, ses caracteristiques, son prix, sa garantie, etc. Aider les clients a trouver les reponses dont ils ont besoin grace aux differents outils disponibles en ligne Recommander les bonnes pieces de rechange et/ou alternatives aux clients - et au meilleur prix Faire le suivi des commandes de production, d'expedition et de facturation Faire le suivi pour assurer la reception de la commande par le client Orienter les clients vers le service technique pour toutes demandes de nature technique Fournir aux representants commerciaux et aux representants des ventes un support pour les demandes de produits, d'inventaire, d'ETA, de CRM et de suivi Assister d'autres collegues et autres taches connexes

Qualifications



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en service a la clientele ATOUT : Minimum de 1 a 3 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la plomberie secteur d'activite

Axe sur la vente interne Avoir la rapidite d'apprentissage Capacite a gerer plusieurs dossiers simultanement Saisie de donnees et saisie des commandes clients Competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles bien developpees Attitude serviable constante envers le client Bilingue a l'ecrit et a l'oral (francais et anglais) pour rencontrer les clients americains et canadiens (

) Bonne gestion du stress en periode de pointe Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Connaissance du logiciel Epicor (un atout)

You will be responsible for answering to inquiries, providing information and making recommendations regarding products distributed by AD Waters.

Tasks and responsibilities



Ensure that customers receive optimal service before and during the process of purchasing a product via several means (phone, e-mail...) Ensure that customers are satisfied by offering fast, reliable and accurate service for any request made by email, telephone or at the reception desk - for any questions regarding an order, information, the availability of a product, its features, price, warranty, etc. Help customers find the answers they need with the various tools available online Recommend the right spare parts and / or alternatives to customers - and at the best price Track production, shipping and billing orders Follow up to ensure receipt of the order by the customer Directing customers to the technical service department for all requests of a technical nature Provide sales representatives and sales representatives with support for product, inventory, ETA, CRM, and tracking requests Assist other colleagues and other related tasks

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service ASSET: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry
