We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to join us in the exciting work we do in the Supply Chain Services. The Vendor Onboarding Analyst supports the integration of new and existing Vendors (Note: Vendors include Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants, Contingent Workers, etc.) into the Oracle Vendor Portal and Vendor Qualification Management modules. What You Get To Do: Vendor Enablement

  • Contact prospective or identified vendors to begin Oracle enrollment process.
  • Facilitate the vendor\'s technical access for registration.
  • Assist vendors with their enablement tasks, from the validation to the transactional phase.
  • Communicate between internal and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and brings up as appropriate.
  • Gather necessary vendor information.
  • Act as a single source of communication between the Vendor and the Oracle system.
  • Confirm vendor status in the Oracle system.
  • Identify approved vendor activity segments and communicate with Procurement teams.
  • Prioritizes work based on record information in Oracle Fusion.
Vendor Maintenance
  • Lead the Vendor education process using established Operational Work Instructions.
  • Complete required training to remain abreast of technological advancements and new requirements.
  • Ensure vendor system compliance.
  • Manage Vendors through Oracle Fusion tools and processes
  • Monitor and track vendor statuses.
  • Proactively brings up issues as appropriate.
  • Lead and support special projects as required.
Strategic Responsibility
  • Complete analytics on Vendors onboarded to date, and onboarding plan.
  • Complete Vendor segmentation and determine strategy for increasing the number of Vendors using the system.
  • Continue to seek opportunities to improve the External and Internal user experience.
  • Bring forward opportunities to revise/update the information that is gathered.
  • Ensure Data governance is maintained.
  • Audit vendor information periodically to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and compliance requirements.
  • Working with and supporting internal and external audit functions.
Who You Are:
  • Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education in Supply Chain/Procurement is preferred.
  • 2- 3 years\' experience in Supply Chain/Procurement.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion System and Vendor Enablement Automation features.
  • An understanding of ecommerce, and Supply Chain Risk and Mitigation.
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable, procurement, finance, or collections processes.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic; ability to work independently, be flexible, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including data organization and spend analysis is considered an asset.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make decisive and informed decisions, and assume accountability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Open-minded forward thinker with a desire to learn and assume new responsibilities.
