Job Description

Accenture Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement, and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's Intelligent Operations centers around the world.

Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• As a Procure to Pay Processor, you will be responsible for managing procurement of goods or services and supporting the end-to-end accounts payable process by performing requisition, purchasing, and payment activities.
• Expected to build Knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Master proficiency in Procurement Cards is required.
• Expert level of proficiency in Procure-to-Pay is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Invoice Processing Operations and Payment Processing Operations is suggested.
• Analyze and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
• Implement best practices in accounts payable.



Basic Qualifications • Recently graduated or about to graduate from any discipline.
• While a background in Business, Accounting, or Finance can be helpful, we believe that bright, hardworking, and motivated individuals can come from any field of study.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any experience with SAP, VBA, and SQL.
• Being bilingual in French is considered an asset.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
