Exceptional communication skills and a strong desire for a fulfilling career are the most important qualifications for this exceptional opportunity in an exceptional industry. Previous sales experience, particularly with cars or other high-priced items, is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities



Provide exceptional guest service at every stage of the buying process. Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and digitally to understand customer wants and needs. Serve as an advocate for the Mitsubishibrand by highlighting features, value, and why it's the smart choice. Use various computer programs and digital tools to support and streamline the guest consultation process. Guide guests through the appropriate next steps in their buying journey based on their unique situation. Facilitate all steps of the sale, including: conducting vehicle demonstrations, leading test drives, collecting information for trade-in appraisals. Read, collect, and input accurate data for completing necessary paperwork and documentation. Take ownership of your growth by participating in training, seeking development opportunities, and embracing feedback. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating a high level of teamwork with colleagues. Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable, ensuring vehicles and products are displayed accurately. Use social media regularly and strategically to promote the brand, generate leads, and support your sales goals.
