Canada Drives is seeking a well-rounded, detailed-oriented individual who has a knowledge of all things cars to join our auto team as a Vehicle Onboarding Specialist.
Key responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate body damage on vehicles
• Document and test all features
• Enter key details to allow for comprehensive estimates
• Use judgment to determine what needs to be repaired and what is to be disclosed
• Ensure organization of Onboarding laneways

Desired skills and abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle makes, models, costs, and values
• Proficient in data entry
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Salesforce, V-auto, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adaptable to organizational standards for vehicle assessment
• Experience working in high-volume, high-pressure settings
• Aptitude for statistics and costing metrics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
