McCain is looking for two Talent and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. You will have ownership of a great Employee Onboarding Experience encompassing communicating with new hires before their start date, supporting the completion of necessary paperwork and supporting our new joiners in navigating their early days; along with supporting our managers in the delivery and facilitation of a great welcoming experience for their new team members as they transition into the organization.
You are the central point of contact for Managers, business stakeholders and new hires in the delivery of our onboarding experience.

Role is located in Florenceville, NB and require a minimum of 2 days in office.

How You\'ll Add Value:

• You are an onboarding experience Ambassador for the McCain organization
• You create and deliver simple/clear content about the company operations for our new hires including information about the company, culture, work schedules among others
• You coordinate pre- and post-employment compliance requirements as required
• You coordinate data collation from our new hires, managers and other business stakeholders relevant for the completion of the hire process
• You\'re the first point of contact for new hires including queries related to their contracts, payroll and any others
• You ensure compliance with our processes and always maintain a high level of confidentiality
• You are a subject matter expert and make recommendations on how to improve process/experience efficiency

About You:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline preferredDemonstrated 3 to 5 years HR generalist experience required; experience providing HR support within a manufacturing environment will be an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Experience with working alongside senior managers and working constructively with diverse personalities will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated application of good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information
• Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision
• This role requires successful clearance of a background check (including criminal check, employment verification along with academic)
