Job Description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for contract Vehicle Auditors.



Overall Purpose of the Quality Inspector




Ensure customer satisfaction by performing in-depth inspection of vehicles released from Customer Acceptance Line (CAL) ready for Vehicle Distribution





Reports to




Site Manager

Responsibilities




(To include but not limited to the following)

Client Relationship & Business Development



Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel Support daily customer meeting with customer Team Leaders Support customer audits as necessary for final customer buyoff of vehicles Ensure detailed instruction around audit scores, other activities and escalations are communicated at start of shift/shift handover Ensure all company and customer guidelines are upheld

Operations



Perform an in-depth inspection audit of ultimate series vehicles released from production line including legislation compliance inspection, paint inspection, exterior/interior fit and finish inspection, vehicle function check, etc... Inspect vehicle reworks to ensure they have been completed to a satisfactory standard Comply with all TRIGO and site-specific customer policies Communicate any deviations/quality notifications from established instructions Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs Sign off vehicles and release them back to customer Final buyoff of car post detail and wrap where applicable Document and report and health and safety concerns Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies

Organization & Management



Facilitate communication of information within and between workgroups Support the collection of data from database for use in daily meetings and daily startups Assist in maintaining a 5S/6S working environment

Technical



Collect and maintain company reports and data Utilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation Support benchmarking activities as business needs require

Other



Any other duties as assigned
