We are seeking a dynamic Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us grow our inventory through various acquisition channels, with a focus on Facebook Marketplace and walk-in traffic.

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing high-quality vehicles through Facebook Marketplace, other online platforms, and walk-in traffic. This is a great opportunity for someone with an eye for vehicles, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Facebook Marketplace & Online Platforms:

+ Monitor and engage with potential vehicle sellers on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other online platforms.
+ Build relationships with individual sellers to negotiate deals and acquire vehicles at competitive prices.

Walk-In Traffic:

+ Interact with walk-in customers who are looking to sell their vehicles.
+ Conduct in-person vehicle evaluations and provide offers based on market value and condition.
+ Build rapport with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during the acquisition process.

Inventory Management:

+ Track and update inventory records to ensure timely acquisitions.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that acquired vehicles meet customer demand.

Market Analysis & Research:

+ Stay updated on current vehicle market trends, including pricing, demand, and popular models.
+ Use data to make informed decisions about acquisitions and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in vehicle acquisition, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of vehicle market values, makes, and models. Familiarity with online platforms, especially Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other online trade-in sites. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized. A passion for cars and customer service.
