Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our retail store, where we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to enhance our customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in retail sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English. If you have a knack for upselling, basic math skills, and exceptional time management, we want to hear from you. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

The considered applicant should have an extensive knowledge of Vape products and flavor profiles as well as top-tier customer service.

Must be willing to work shifts in Langley and Newton.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cashiering experience is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
