Your expertise in nicotine vaping products and your ability to communicate effectively will help create a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vape products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about various products, and their attributes. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales. Educate customers on proper usage. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers while maintaining high-quality service. Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.

Skills

Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Experience in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that inform customers about product benefits. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Familiarity with technology sales principles as they relate to cannabis products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with customers. Good phone etiquette for handling inquiries or reservations professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
