Must be currently enrolled in a Co-Op Program and be able to work onsite at our Whitby location

Job Summary:
The Validation Specialist Co-op is an integral part of the Validation team. They are primarily responsible for preparing and executing equipment, cleaning, process and packaging validation protocols and writing reports. The Co-op student presents an end of work term presentation to the Site Leadership Team.
Job duties:
Responsible for technical expertise and support to operations/PPT- Preparing, executing equipment, cleaning, process and packaging validation protocols and writing reports
- Coordinate validation activities and perform required sampling
- Attending client meetings as equipment validation representative
- Assist in execution of investigations and special studies related to process improvements
- Attending and participating in trouble shooting events (Kaizen)
- Data checking and verification
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Minimum current enrollment in post secondary diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field- Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Superior writing skills
- Proficiency with the English language
- Excellent communication skills
