Description





Le voiturier de nuit assure le stationnement securise et efficace des vehicules des clients tout en offrant un service depassant les attentes de la clientele. Il est charge de repondre rapidement aux demandes des clients et d'interagir de maniere attentionnee avec tous les visiteurs sur le site qui lui est attribue. Le voiturier de nuit travaille en etroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'equipe, le responsable des operations et/ou le superviseur de quart afin de garantir en tout temps le respect des normes de qualite et de securite, ainsi que des lois locales et etatiques. Il doit rester vigilant quant aux personnes entrant et sortant du garage et etre en mesure de reagir ou de signaler les incidents survenant pendant son service. Le voiturier de nuit est egalement responsable de la preparation des rapports de quart concernant les revenus collectes durant la nuit.

The Night Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. The Night Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers' requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Night Valet Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws. The Night Valet Attendant must be vigilant of who is entering and leaving the garage and be able to respond or report incidents that occur while they are on duty. The Night Valet Attendant will also prepare shift reports for revenue collected during the night.###

Rester eveille et attentif a l'activite dans le garage de stationnement pendant la nuit Noter et signaler les incidents survenus durant la nuit au superviseur le matin Preparer les rapports de quart pour les revenus collectes pendant le service de nuit Mobiliser et coordonner l'ensemble du processus de voiturier en recuperant les cles, en ramenant les vehicules aux clients, en chargeant les vehicules des clients et en delivrant des tickets et/ou en saisissant les informations clients a l'aide d'appareils electroniques Favoriser la satisfaction, la fidelisation et le succes des clients en etablissant une relation, en repondant aux questions et en fournissant des indications si necessaire Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque, rapide et courtois, en interagissant avec les clients, en ouvrant les portieres de vehicules et en dechargeant les vehicules Appliquer les procedures de securite et de surete des vehicules pour diriger la circulation, positionner les barricades, garer les voitures des clients dans les emplacements appropries, inspecter les vehicules pour detecter tout dommage et signaler les incidents ou reclamations a la direction designee du site Gerer les operations financieres en demandant et collectant les frais applicables, et en conciliant les recettes de fin de service Accueillir tous les clients des leur arrivee ; ouvrir les portieres des vehicules et aider a decharger si necessaire Recuperer les cles du client ; delivrer un ticket ou entrer les informations clients a l'aide d'un appareil electronique Garer le vehicule du client dans un emplacement approprie ; s'assurer de l'utilisation sure et correcte des vehicules Inspecter les vehicules pour tout dommage preexistant ; enregistrer les informations a l'aide d'un appareil electronique ou d'un ticket manuel ; noter correctement la marque, le modele et l'emplacement exact du vehicule Ramener rapidement les vehicules aux clients en attente ; aider au chargement des bagages ou effets personnels si necessaire Offrir un excellent service client ; repondre aux questions avec courtoisie et donner des indications vers les autoroutes, destinations, etc. Diriger la circulation, positionner les barricades et organiser un service de remorquage si necessaire Signaler immediatement tout incident ou reclamation au responsable des operations ou au chef d'equipe Demander et collecter les frais applicables pour l'utilisation du service Aider a concilier les recettes de fin de service avec la distribution des tickets, si necessaire Communiquer de maniere professionnelle a tout moment avec les clients, le client (entreprise) et les collegues
-Remain awake and aware of activity in the parking garage during the night. Note and report incidents that occur during the night to the supervisor in the morning. Prepare shift reports for revenue collected during the night shift Mobilize and coordinate beginning-to-end valet process by retrieving keys, retrieving vehicles for waiting guests, loading guest vehicles, and issuing tickets and/or leveraging electronic devices to enter customer information Foster customer success, happiness, and retention by building customer rapport, addressing customer inquiries, and providing directions when added Act as a fast-moving courteous company brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening guest vehicle doors, and unloading vehicles Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures to direct traffic, barricade positions, park guest cars in applicable spaces, inspect vehicles for damage, and report incidents and claims to location-designated leadership Pioneer financial operations by requesting and collecting relevant fees and reconciling end-of-shift revenue Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading vehicle when necessary Retrieve keys from guest; issue ticket to guest, or enter customer information using electronic device Park guest car in appropriate space, ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles Inspect vehicle for preexisting damage record information using electronic device or manual ticket, correctly record the make, model and exact location of each vehicle Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests; assist guests with loading luggage or personal items when necessary Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc. Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing service when necessary Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead Request and collect relevant fees for use of service Assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against the ticket distribution, when necessary Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.

-At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to verbally communicate with guests Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR) Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended period of time, sometimes for the entire duration of shift Previous valet experience preferred
