We are currently seeking an experienced

Class 3 VAC Truck Driver

for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong operators, comfortable with physical work, and eager to join a company that offers long-term growth and stability.

Key Details

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (4x10 schedule available)

Compensation (Temp):

$30/hour

Compensation (Full-Time):

$36-$38/hour + benefits & bonuses

Work Type:

Physical, outdoor, year-round work

Trips:

2-3 site-to-dump runs per day within the Lower Mainland

General Duties

Drive and operate a

manual transmission Class 3 VAC truck

Operate vacuum systems to remove, clean, and transport sludge/waste Perform pressure washing (2,500-4,500 PSI) Work safely at heights (up to 8 ft) and in all weather conditions Perform physical labour including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and standing for periods of time Follow all safety protocols and participate in toolbox meetings Complete job-related paperwork and communicate with site supervisors Training provided for candidates who demonstrate willingness and aptitude

Requirements

Class 3 licence with manual transmission experience (mandatory)

Clean, valid driver's licence and good driving record Comfort with physical work and outdoor environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, consistent work ethic Must be legally permitted to work in Canada

Compensation & Transition to Full-Time

Temp:

$30/hour through A Few Good Lads

Upon Full-Time Hire:
