About the Role



Do you want to help shape the experience of 400,000+ investors and make a real impact at a fast-growing startup?

As our

User Support Specialist

, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Blossom, supporting our users, identifying trends, and turning feedback into meaningful product improvements.

In this role, you'll work directly with our Community Manager and COO to support our growing community of users getting to chat with them directly! You'll be the bridge between our users and our product -- helping people, spotting trends, and turning feedback into impact!

This is a front-row seat to how a high-growth fintech startup builds user trust and loyalty. You'll develop strong communication skills, learn the tools of modern customer success, and gain firsthand experience in the world of fintech, startups, and community engagement.

What You'll Do



Support users through Intercom

: Respond to user inquiries with empathy, clarity, and a problem-solving mindset.

Champion the user voice

: Gather, organize, and share feedback to help Product and Operations teams improve the app experience.

Develop product expertise

: Learn the ins and outs of Blossom's portfolio tracking, social features, and education tools.

Keep our knowledge base sharp

: Maintain FAQs, help articles, and internal resources to empower self-serve success.

Collaborate cross-functionally

: Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure user issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

Grow your startup toolkit

: Take ownership of projects, explore new tools, and learn what it takes to build a world-class user experience from scratch.

? Requirements



3+ years of customer service experience

: You've worked directly with customers, whether in retail, hospitality, tech support, or another fast-paced environment, and know how to stay calm, patient, and solution-oriented even when things get tricky.

Strong written communication skills

: You can write friendly, professional responses that are easy to understand -- and you pay attention to tone, grammar, and detail.

Proactive problem-solver

: You don't just wait for direction -- you take initiative, ask good questions, and look for better ways to do things.

Involvement with student clubs, societies, or campus initiatives:

Whether as a coordinator, VP, or volunteer, you love going above and beyond to make things happen. You're someone who raises your hand to help and thrives when you're part of something bigger.

Bonus Points



Interest in Fintech & investing:

You're curious about finance, technology, and the world of investing -- and excited to be part of a community that shares that passion.

CRM experience:

You're comfortable with Intercom or have used other CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk and can learn new tools quickly.
