You are collaborative and excel at working with multiple partners.Moderator - Player and Quality Insights TeamWe are looking for a Moderator to join our globally distributed team. You will report to Lead, Research Operations and partner with our User Research team, Development teams, and other partners to moderate user research sessions. Your contributions will ensure that research insights are captured, helping us create experiences that delight our players.ResponsibilitiesYou will moderate 1:1 and group user research sessions, gathering data using different qualitative and quantitative research methodsYou will work with Researchers to understand the research goals of multiple franchisesYou will support Researchers with tasks like notetaking, light data analysis, and by creating session scriptsYou will support Site Reliability Engineers with tasks like troubleshooting, maintaining Playtest lab equipment, and configuring streaming softwareYou will support Project Managers with tasks like tracking participant attendance, improving the on-site Playtest experience, and assisting with operational setupQualificationsYou have or are pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in experimental psychology, HCI, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceExperience moderating research sessions is desirable1+ years of experience in the game development, consumer, or entertainment software industry is desirableProficient in Excel (can maintain spreadsheets), Google Workspace, and project management software (such as Asana, Trello, JIRA)Comfortable with public speaking in a professional settingKnowledge of games and the people who play themCollaborative and team-orientedComfortable working across time-zones and in remote environmentsBC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.BASE SALARY RANGES

\xc2\xba $69,200 - $96,500 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
