What you'll do
We are looking for a user assistance developer to work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP CX AI Toolkit and other SAP CX products. SAP CX AI Toolkit is a new solution with built-in AI capabilities to automate time-consuming tasks and quickly analyze data from across the enterprise.

• Creating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and UI text content
• Handling documentation and other UA deliverables in various portals/forums
• Defining terminology and creating terms in SAPterm
• Supporting product managers, development, and UX designers with your knowledge and writing skills
• Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirements of developers/product owner teams for documentation

What you bring

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with documentation of software products
• Experience with IXIA CCMS
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Git Hub, confluence wiki, SharePoint is a plus
• Good team player
• Self-motivated, self-driven with ability to learn quickly

Nous recherchons un developpeur ou une developpeuse d'assistance utilisateur (UA) pour travailler en etroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes occupant differents roles dans SAP CX AI Toolkit et d'autres produits SAP CX. SAP CX AI Toolkit est une nouvelle solution dotee de capacites d'IA integrees pour automatiser les taches qui prennent du temps et analyser rapidement les donnees de l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Votre role consiste a:

• Creer, livrer et publier la documentation d'aide et le contenu textuel de l'interface utilisateur
• Gerer la documentation et d'autres livrables d'assistance utilisateur dans divers portails/forums
• Definir la terminologie et creer des termes dans SAPterm
• Soutenir les chefs de produit, les developpeurs et les designers UX avec vos connaissances et vos competences redactionnelles
• Etre pret a prendre la responsabilite de comprendre les exigences des equipes de developpeurs/proprietaires de produits pour la documentation

Ce que vous apportez

• Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale en anglais
• Experience dans la documentation de logiciels
• Experience avec IXIA CCMS

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 65,800 - 141400(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
