Responsibilities

Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with customer requirements. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring follow-ups and timely communication with potential buyers. Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide high-quality customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities on accessories and additional services. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Stay informed about industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in high-end or B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with sales management practices and effective sales support techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish, to cater to a diverse clientele. Proficiency in organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
