We're looking for a driven, experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right used vehicle while delivering a smooth, honest, and professional buying experience. Responsibilities
Contact lead inquires and get credit applications
Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline.
Submit credit applications to our lenders.
Vehicle sourcing and selection.
Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
Prepare sales order to Finance Director.
Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle.
Learn how to read credit bureau and helping customers understand credit.
Working with Subprime customers.
Assist with picking up vehicles and preparing for delivery.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
Expected to make 50 dials a day or 250 a week to clients
Provide tailored financial solutions and recommendations based on individual client assessments.
Support the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and opportunities for upselling services.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience required in the used car industry
OMVIC License is an absolute must
Language skills in Spanish, Arabic, or Turkish would be considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts.
Ability to negotiate effectively and provide solutions that meet client needs.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
