& Summary A career in our International Tax Desk practice, within International Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help multinational companies address their cross border tax needs both locally and globally by managing their global tax rates, finding areas of cost reduction, and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll gain a global perspective and an awareness of tax issues stemming from changes to evolving business structures and geographic expansions.
Our team advises our clients on tax laws and reporting, legislation and planning strategies based on the geography and jurisdiction. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be assisting our team with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing and indirect tax and other international taxation needs.

As a Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Preparation or review of other tax related calculations, i.e. IRC 382 or earnings and profit calculations
Provide assistance to team members on tax related matters U.S. Corporate Federal and state income tax compliance
U.S. tax provision preparation
Tax research at the federal and state level. This could include drafting of memos and technical analysis related to specific client matters
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm\'s/client\'s expectations.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
Uphold the firm\'s code of ethics and business conduct.
