We are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead to join our team. This role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate best practices in coding, design principles, and technical decision-making, participating in coding sessions and design reviews to set standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in KOFAX Core .NET Technologies
• Experience with Tungsten Total Agility (Formerly Kofax), preferably version 7.11 or higher, or similar Document Management platforms
• 7 years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design
• 2 years in a leadership role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable system architecture
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Strong decision-making skills, especially in technical and project-related matters
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong skills in documenting technical solutions and project progress

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java, Python, C, JavaScript, or UNIX
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Windows OS
• Knowledge of database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Establishing coding guidelines and standards for the team to follow
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project progression
• Implementing solutions to improve system performance and reliability
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning
