We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA processes, testing life cycles, and defect management. Experience in mainframe testing, as well as familiarity with tools such as File-Aid, File Manager, and Star, is essential. The candidate should be well-versed in various testing methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile, and have hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of QA processes and leading experience.
• Experience in mainframe testing (Batch, Online & Database) and tools like File-Aid, File Manager, Star, etc.
• Experience working with DB2 database using SQL.
• Experience with UFT automation tool.
• Experience working in the banking domain, preferably in lending.
• Excellent analytical skills, quick learner, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex requirement documents and business user stories.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites using test automation tools.
• Experience in effectively collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and business partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex requirement documents and business user stories.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools.
• Execute test cases (manual/automated), document test results, and raise defects whenever necessary.
• Participate in defect triage, Scrum, and team meetings.
• Test new technologies and system functionality to ensure business acceptance, user acceptance, and system integration.
