We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Capital Markets to support our Finance Technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Capital Markets and Finance domains, including various products and their relationships. This role requires exceptional organizational change management skills and knowledge of best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within Capital Markets.
Ability to translate project vision into program scope, design, and executables.
Strong risk assessment and contingency planning skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with program roadmap and implementation plan development.
Excellent relationship-building skills with executive sponsorship and business/technology owners.
Knowledge of resource planning and project scheduling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and manage program and project metrics, including status reporting of KPIs.
Resolve complex program issues and manage escalation to executive/steering committee.
Manage program level communications, including status reports to all stakeholders.
