We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Financial Services. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand client businesses, identify opportunities and risks, and articulate these into formal requirements. This role involves comprehensive information gathering, documentation, and acting as a liaison between business units and project teams. The position requires recommending business solutions, preparing detailed business requirements, and ensuring traceability of requirements to deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets and Financial Services
  • Proficient in SQL and skilled in handling large volumes of data
  • Knowledge and experience in BASEL regulatory reporting and capital calculations
  • Ability to work independently and start contributing immediately
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • CBAP, CFA, or CSC certification
  • Experience with BigData, Hadoop, and Data Lakes
  • Knowledge of Drools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Conduct information gathering sessions and document business requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams, including developers and testers, to ensure project alignment
  • Identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
  • Develop and recommend mitigation strategies for project risks
