We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical concepts and a proven track record in business analysis and project reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst Consultant role
- Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, and data mapping
- Experience with Power BI and reporting projects
- Proven experience in functional and non-functional requirements gathering
- Experience in use cases and stream lane diagram mapping
- 3-4 years of quality assurance experience
- Previous experience with BMO (Bank of Montreal)
- CBAP certification
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop detailed documentation including use cases and process maps
- Perform data mapping and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
