Required Skills
- Business degree/related discipline or proven history of related experience in manufacturing industry.

- 5 years plus work experience in an upper management level position.

- Management role within a manufacturing operation an asset

- Training provided but knowledge of inventory, schedules, budgets, sales, purchasing and master planning critical to the success of your training.

- Strong computer skills - excel, word and other common software necessary

- Strong critical, analytical, common sense and problem-solving abilities necessary

- Driven and ability to invest in your career and daily work.

- Ability to usually work more then 40 hours per week

- Attention to detail and high-quality work standards within yourself
