What We're Looking For
Expertise in Unreal Engine 5
-- deep understanding of real-time rendering and photorealism.
Proficiency with
Blueprints
; strong grasp of
OOP
and
HLSL
is a plus.
Solid understanding of
linear algebra
and
trigonometry
.
2+ years industry experience
working in Unreal Engine (film, games, or virtual production).
BA or equivalent experience
in Computer Graphics, VFX, Game Dev, or Film.
Working knowledge of
Maya
, with awareness of its technical foundations.
Familiarity with
Houdini
highly valued.
Excellent
communication and collaboration
skills.
Strong
organizational discipline
: file structure, naming conventions, version control, documentation.
Comfortable with
Perforce, Git, or CI
systems.
Independent, adaptable, and reliable
under deadlines.
Portfolio or website
showcasing Unreal work.
Experience with
motion capture, camera tracking, VR/AR, or LED volume workflows
is a major plus.

Collaborating with
artists, engineers, and filmmakers
to ensure seamless parity between DCC packages and Unreal.
Profiling and optimizing
real-time scenes
to meet creative and technical benchmarks.
Designing
shaders, tools, particle systems, and modules
for SP Studios' internal library.
Delivering
photoreal, film-ready environments and assets
for commercial and narrative projects.
Prototyping and testing
real-time LED volume workflows
, pushing the limits of next-gen virtual production.
