Support licenced Broker/ Property Manager with daily tasks
Help create marketing materials for rental properties
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of marketing/administrative support services experience in professional service industry
Marketing experience using web based platforms
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Be a confident team player and can problem solve
Well organized with excellent time management skills and detail oriented
Maintain confidentiality
Provide a police check
Valid drivers\xe2\x80\x99 licence and personal vehicle
Bonus skills
Proven work experience in the property management and or real estate field
Knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
