Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented

Unit Turnover Cleaning Technicians

to prepare high-end condo units for new occupants. This role requires precision, pride in workmanship, and an understanding that these cleanings directly impact first impressions, leasing timelines, and client satisfaction.

This is not routine janitorial work. Turnover cleaning demands consistency, speed, and elevated standards.

Employment Types:

Full-time, permanent

Typical working hours:

Will vary week to week, approx 10-20 hours per week. Must be completed between 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities Unit Turnover Cleaning

Perform full top-to-bottom turnover cleans on vacant luxury condo units Ensure units are move-in ready, inspection-ready, and presentation-perfect Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, closets, balconies, and storage areas
Work Environment & Schedule

Vacant residential condo units Daytime hours with some flexibility based on turnover demand Opportunity for consistent recurring work based on performance Ensure units are move-in ready, inspection-ready, and presentation-perfect
