Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and report any maintenance issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Assist with moderate lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required during cleaning operations. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license Criminal record check Previous cleaning experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred but not necessary. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Capability to perform moderate lifting and physically demanding tasks as necessary. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning activities. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
