Key responsibilities (text) oCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive range of people plans and budgets to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team, collaborating with P&C functions to deliver a consistent co-worker experience and to support IKEA as an employer of choice.
  • Enable talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals
  • Lead all people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change.
  • Champion the IKEA Culture and Values within the unit by serving as the co-workers' advocate, ensuring IKEA remains a caring employer and an exceptional workplace. Take ownership of the holistic co-worker experience, extending beyond People & Culture touchpoints.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 84960 CAD to 116820 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
