Work week: Friday to Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday are regularly scheduled days off)

Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (37.5 hours per week, additional hours as required)



\xc2\xb7 Manage and supervise PM sort operations and Courier operations

\xc2\xb7 Manage a group of unionized employees and a group of unionized Owner Operators

\xc2\xb7 Create a positive work environment, building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indices

\xc2\xb7 Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, counseling and recognition

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for communicating and implementing policy, procedure or programs

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for completing a variety of reports and documents

\xc2\xb7 All other related and assigned duties
