Experience with medical and therapy appointment bookings and demonstrated ability to manage multiple phone lines preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication/organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, conflicting demands.
Good attendance record.
Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and flexible to changing workplace demands.
Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality.
