• Lead and guide a team of Towing and Storage Representatives and Consultants to meet targets related cost management, operational efficiency, and superior customer service.
• Deliver an engaging employee experience while driving change and fostering a positive work environment.
• Propel team performance to meet corporate and regional objectives by ensuring high-quality claims handling and adherence to standards, procedures, and productivity goals.
• Analyze claim data to identify trends and develop strategies that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Make decisions regarding the processing of claims and the payment of indemnities in accordance with company standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of claims professionals to achieve performance targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Assist in managing the Payment Into Court process and oversee litigation related to towing and storage claims.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure proper handling and resolution of disputes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in claims handling, with a special focus on the towing and storage industry.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams through change.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Microsoft Excel experience is considered a strong asset
• Customer-focused and inspired to strive for excellence.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to create an open and honest environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing industry conditions and company priorities.
