Our Underwriting Directors are experts in their field and able to monitor tends and development in the industry, guiding their portfolio in a positive way. As the Director of the Ontario mid-market department you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals. • 10 years of Underwriting experience
• 5+ year experience in a leadership role
• Strategic leadership style
