Your opportunity:
Under the direction of the Vice Principal, the Undergraduate Program Administrator & Academic Liaison is responsible for supporting the office of the VP by coordinating program schedules and timetables with stakeholders, documenting and maintaining curriculum maps, tracking and monitoring curriculum issues raised by stakeholders. You will advise staff on program curriculum change policies and procedures, coordinating examination timetables, coordinating accreditation and/or program audit processes. The incumbent coordinates accreditation and/or program audit processes and acts as the first point of contact for internal and external auditors. The incumbent will schedule academic calendars and liaising with academic units and stakeholders to support academic calendar production initiatives. You will be well organized, exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and foster positive relationship.
