Kids Martial Arts Program Assistant
About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and dependable
Program Assistant
to help run our kids' martial arts classes. You'll play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment by leading games, helping with class setup, and supporting the head instructor. No martial arts experience required , just a great attitude and a love for working with children!Responsibilities
Assist with warm-ups, games, and structured activities Help manage class flow and keep kids engaged Support the lead instructor during lessons Set up and clean up equipment before and after class Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
Requirements
Enjoy working with children ages 4-12 Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Comfortable leading group activities CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Vulnerable Sectors check (through CPS)
Ideal Candidate
Background in childcare, education, recreation, or coaching Positive and playful personality Strong communication skills Looking for a rewarding role that makes a difference

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
