to help lead our kids' martial arts programs.
If you have an ECE or kids education background with experience teaching movement-based group activities (preferably martial arts) like gymnastics, or dance - this is an amazing opportunity to combine your passion for teaching with the power of martial arts.

Your Role as a Kids Martial Arts Instructor:
As part of our instructor team, you'll be:
Delivering our fun, structured, and easy-to-follow martial arts curriculum for children ages 4 - 12.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Engaging students through creative teaching, games, and teamwork.
Supporting families with great communication and member experience.
Support school events, special programs, and team activities.

Great stage presence and a natural leader with a warm, positive personality and great communication skills.
Experienced working with children in a group setting (school, camp, or activity program); leading group activities for kids (martial arts, fitness, dance, gymnastics, etc.).
A patient, energetic educator who can connect with kids and parents alike.
A team player who enjoys collaboration, professional growth, and ongoing learning, who wants to be part of a purpose-driven organization that makes a difference.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of experience teaching or leading groups of children (classroom, camp, or movement setting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, dependable, and motivated to make a positive impact.
First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).
Bonus Points If You Have:
Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or similar educational background.
Martial arts experience (any style) coaching kids/youth.
Post-secondary education in child studies, or related fields.

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
