Le role d'un responsable de la planification media est de superviser et de gerer notre produit de planification media integre et d'assumer un role actif dans l'entreprise. Le gestionnaire de la planification media aidera a l'elaboration de strategies mediatiques et de procedures d'exploitation et sera egalement responsable de la direction, du mentorat, de l'encadrement et du developpement des employes.
Ce role vous oblige a travailler au sein d'une equipe de planification media integree pour vous assurer que le produit est fonde sur des connaissances et une experience, ce qui se traduit par des executions mediatiques sans faille.
Responsabilites :
Responsable de diriger la preparation, la redaction et la presentation de plans media integres, de propositions et d'analyses qui repondent aux objectifs du client et qui vont au-dela du cahier des charges.
Maintenir l'intendance et la responsabilite du plan media, en evaluant et en surveillant regulierement l'execution.
Assurer la liaison et favoriser le partage des connaissances avec d'autres disciplines a l'interne, les organismes partenaires et d'autres departements pour s'assurer que les connaissances des media et des clients sont a jour.
S'assurer que tous les plans media adherent aux valeurs, aux philosophies et aux processus de l'agence.
Diriger la preparation et la presentation d'evaluations des opportunites mediatiques, des tendances mediatiques et des questions d'interet pour les clients.
Connaitre les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) et des objectifs du client, en veillant a ce qu'un suivi soit en place pour les verifications au besoin.
Gerer et animer une equipe d'employes. Communiquer efficacement les objectifs de l'agence, gerer les charges de travail, fournir une retroaction continue sur le rendement et soutenir le developpement professionnel. Interviewer et participer a la decision d'embauche des employes si necessaire.
Gerer avec precision et efficacite les exigences de planification quotidienne du client, avec une solide comprehension des objectifs commerciaux et des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) du client.
Informer la direction des defis et des opportunites potentiels en ce qui concerne la gestion des clients et/ou des personnes.
Influencer la prise de decision en encourageant les strategies appropriees et les avantages des offres aux clients.
Participer a d'autres projets de l'agence/de l'equipe et a des presentations de nouvelles affaires, au besoin.
Superviser le controle des supports financiers, y compris les autorisations d'achat, la facturation et les rapports de controle budgetaire, et s'assurer que les ecarts sont resolus en temps opportun.
Qualifications
:
Une formation professionnelle ou educative en Marketing et/ou en Publicite donnerait un effet de levier a cette application.
Niveau d'experience du gestionnaire en planification media integree.
Histoire de developpement de relations d'affaires positives et continues en mettant l'accent sur le service a la clientele.
Capacite a etablir et a favoriser des relations et des partenariats solides, tant a l'interne qu'a l'externe.
Capacite demontree d'appliquer efficacement les connaissances et les idees acquises grace aux ressources de recherche a la planification des media.
Experience anterieure de la gestion et du developpement d'employes.
Approche proactive de la resolution de problemes, du soutien de l'equipe, du developpement personnel, etc.
La maitrise des outils de recherche sur les media (par exemple, Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson) et des outils mediatiques (par exemple, Prisma) donnerait un effet de levier a cette application.
La curiosite, avec une passion pour le developpement continu.
Experience de la presentation.
Excellentes competences en communication (ecrite et verbale).
Penseur independant dote d'un sens de l'organisation tres developpe et d'un souci du detail et de la precision.
Capacite a travailler en collaboration et de maniere independante.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
Capacite de voyager au besoin.
Position Summary
The role of a Media Planning Manager is to supervise and manage our integrated media planning product and assume an active role on the business. The Media Planning Manager will assist with the development of media strategies and operating procedures and will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching and developing employees.
This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accountable for leading the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief.
+ Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution.
+ Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current.
+ Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies and processes.
+ Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest to clients.
+ Awareness of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring that tracking is in place for check-ins as required.
+ Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development. Interview and participate in hiring decision of employees if/when required.
+ Accurately and effectively manage client's day-to-day planning requirements, with a strong understanding of client's business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client and/or people management.
+ Influence decision making by encouraging appropriate strategies and benefits of offerings to clients.
+ Participate in additional agency/team projects and new business presentations as required.
+ Oversee financial media control, including purchase authorizations, billing and budget control reports and ensure that discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion.
Desired Skills & Experience :
+ Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
+ Manager level of experience in integrated media planning.
+ History of developing positive on-going business relationships with a focus on client service.
+ Ability to develop and foster solid relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources to media planning.
+ Previous experience managing and developing employees.
+ Proactive approach to problem solving, supporting the team, self-development, etc.
+ Proficient with media research tools (e.g. Clear Decisions, Vividata, Neilson), and media tools (e.g. Prisma) would give leverage to this application.
+ Curiosity, with a passion for continuous development.
+ Experience with presenting.
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
+ Independent thinker with highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
+ Ability to travel as required.
