We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; not to scroll, but to build.

What This Is

You'll own Alma's entire creator program. That means finding creators, building relationships, extracting what makes content go viral, and turning one viral video into fifty. You'll have full autonomy to experiment, fail fast, and scale what works.

This isn't about following a playbook. It's about writing one.

What You'll Do

Build from zero.

Launch and scale a UGC program that gets millions of views per month

Hunt for talent.

Find creators who actually get our mission not just people chasing a check

Go viral, repeatedly.

Monitor content in real-time, identify patterns, and replicate what works across our creator network

Give creators freedom.

Let them be creative while hitting our goals. The best UGC doesn't feel like an ad

Move fast.

Test hooks, iterate daily, and beat companies with 10x our budget

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
