Key Responsibilities

Teach the respective subject based on the Ontario curriculum Deliver lessons in small groups (5-6 students) with personalized attention Create interactive, engaging lesson plans and materials Track student progress and communicate with parents and the EduSmile team Maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications & Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject. (Upper year students of prestigious Canadian Universities can also apply) Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) preferred Experience teaching Grades 1-8 Strong classroom management and communication skills Comfortable with educational technology Legally eligible to work in Canada Clean criminal background check Provide most recent professional reference
