We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic tutoring center manager to oversee the daily operations of our educational center. As the
Tutoring Center Manager
, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of two centers, supervising tutors, ensuring student success, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires excellent leadership, time management, and multitasking skills, as well as a passion for education.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations at both tutoring center locations
Supervise and support a team of tutors and administrative staff
Create and manage tutor and student schedules
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, scheduling, and concerns
Ensure high-quality instruction and a positive learning environment
Handle billing, attendance tracking, and CRM management
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new tutors
Lead community outreach, marketing, and enrollment efforts
Work closely with the director/owner to achieve center goals
Requirements
Preferred in Education, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in management, tutoring, or education services
Reliable transportation between both locations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Availability to work evenings and some Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
Background in education or K-12 academic support
Experience with scheduling
Customer service or sales experience
Bilingual abilities a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $49,965.00-$79,838.46 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
