Scholars of Oshawa is currently seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to support students in

French from grade 8-12

. With teaching materials provided, you'll focus on facilitating learning, fostering curiosity, and creating a positive, encouraging environment.

As a tutor and mentor with Scholars, you will provide individualized academic support tailored to each student's needs, while joining a dynamic team committed to making a meaningful difference in every learner's journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide engaging, individualized instruction using Scholars' curriculum and materials Track and report on student progress accurately and in a timely manner. Adapt lessons to support each student's unique learning style. Offer feedback to improve instructional approaches and program delivery. Attend training workshops as required to continue professional growth. Deliver in-person tutoring sessions at our Oshawa location.

Qualifications

University degree (BA or equivalent), or current enrollment in a university program in good standing. Strong proficiency in French & English Experience teaching or tutoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
