We are seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in various construction and manufacturing processes. This role involves working with a variety of tools and equipment to construct, assemble, and maintain products or structures according to specifications. As a Builder, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Utilize mechanical knowledge to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for construction projects. Operate forklifts, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform machining tasks including cutting, shaping, and finishing materials as needed. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct welding tasks to join metal parts together securely. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the building process and implement effective solutions.

Experience

Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential. Experience in assembly, machining, welding, or warehouse operations is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
