Job Description
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our production team. Successful candidates will be involved in
cutting and/or assembling roof and floor trusses
for residential and commercial construction projects.Responsibilities
Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing lumber for truss production Assemble trusses according to engineered drawings and shop procedures Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
No prior truss experience required - training will be provided Ability to work with hand and power tools Physically fit and able to lift materials Strong work ethic and reliability are a must Previous construction or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
